Hermine Ngo Batjom Lapeyronnie est la fondatrice et présidente de Monde et Bonheur depuis 2005. Son parcours exceptionnel — mère à 17 ans, coiffeuse, commerçante, technicienne en froid et climatisation — lui a forgé une maîtrise unique de la thermodynamique, fondement de nos innovations Green-Tech. En 2008, lors du "Premier Marché Africain" qu'elle organisait à Chancelade · France, abandonnée par son équipe et enceinte, elle a porté l'événement seule au prix de sa santé — perdant son enfant Nancy Olivia. Ce sacrifice intime est devenu le socle moral inébranlable de l'ONG. Depuis, chaque projet MB est un hommage à cet enfant.
Hermine Ngo Batjom Lapeyronnie is the founder and president of Monde et Bonheur since 2005. Her exceptional journey — teenage mother at 17, hairdresser, trader, refrigeration and air conditioning technician — gave her a unique mastery of thermodynamics, the foundation of our Green-Tech innovations. In 2008, while organising the "First African Market" in Chancelade · France, abandoned by her team and pregnant, she carried the event alone at the cost of her health — losing her child Nancy Olivia. This intimate sacrifice became the unshakeable moral foundation of the NGO.
